Shipping:
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Your shipping process will start with this e-mail and your order will be delivered to the courier within 2 business days. The orders you place until 16.00 on weekdays are delivered to the courier on the same day. On the first business day after your order is delivered to the courier, your shipment tracking number will be created by the courier company and sent to you via e-mail. You can track your package via the delivery tracking link sent to your e-mail address or from the “Track Your Order” area at the bottom of the page on our website. You can also check the status of your order from the my account/orders section on our website. The estimated arrival time is 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul and between 1 and 4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul.
Returns / Exchange:
You can return the product you purchased from our site free of charge within 14 days, provided that it is unused, its labels have not been removed and its resaleability feature is intact, with all accessories complete and the invoice. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a prepayment charge.
