Payment and Delivery

1) By Wire Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer);

You can make payments to any of our Garanti BBVA, QNB Finansbank, Ziraat Bankası and Yapı ve Kredi Bankası bank accounts (TL). Click here for our bank account information.

2) With your credit cards through our site;

You can use any credit card for online single payment, or benefit from online installment opportunities for İyzico contracted credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellation or order cancellation due to stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 7 business days.

3) Order Price Refund

In case your order is canceled for any reason; Paten Deposu İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. will refund the product price to your account or credit card within seven business days. For refunds, you must provide your bank account information or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial department.

4) Delivery

We do our best to prepare and hand the products you ordered to our courier company on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is between 3-5 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delayed delivery.

In order for the product delivery to be carried out without any disruption, please make sure you’ll be present at the shipping address on delivery day.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified on your order details. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the courier company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.

You can discuss different delivery conditions by consulting our customer representatives. Additionally, cargo deliveries are only valid for Türkiye.

5) Payment Tracking

If the system cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, you will be informed of this situation on the payment page.

If there is a problem about the specified address, you will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.

The validity of the e-mail address specified is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is placed.

Please be careful!

If you think your package was damaged during delivery, please make sure to open and check the products in front of the representative of the courier company you received them from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery of the product and ask for a report to be filed by the courier company.

Once the product is received, it is assumed that the courier company has fully fulfilled its duty.

If the product is damaged: Please send the report filed to the email address siparis@patendeposu.com as soon as possible.

If you complete these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
